R.T.R.<br \/>\nB.L.A.<\/p>\n<p>25.2.45<\/p>\n<p>Sunday 2.00 pm.<\/p>\n<p>Jess dear,<\/p>\n<p>Have little time for writing, but thought you would like to know that I have landed safely, but am still &#8216;en-route&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>Marjorie <em>(RTG&#8217;s sister)<\/em> and Fred were waiting for me at Euston last evening: train arrived about 7.00 pm. We went to a restaurant (Coventry St. Corner House) and had a reasonable meal after queuing up for a while. Fred looked better than I expected, although he is thinner and rather more pale. Marjorie was the same as usual: she never seems to alter one way or another.
